She has held the territory's top planning role since April and the silver trinket was a gift from her husband on the first day of the job. The Norway-born, Australian-educated planner first moved to the ACT in 1992. ''[I was in] Perth for a couple of years until 2006 and then in Sydney for a couple of years.
